I believe mental wellness begins with the strength of those who provide it. When clinicians are nurtured, empowered, and inspired, they become capable of fostering true healing. I see every clinician as a foundation-builder—developing not only their clients’ growth but their own evolution as leaders, healers, and changemakers. My supervisory approach centers “wholeness,” emphasizing clinical excellence, reflective practice, and lifelong growth.
The journey of becoming a clinician is sacred—full of challenge, discovery, and purpose. As Brandy Norwood reminds us:

My approach is relationship-centered, developmental, and individualized. I draw from competency-based, CBT-informed, developmental, and holistic supervision models to meet you where you are and help you grow intentionally. Supervision blends structure, reflective dialogue, accountability, and hands-on practice through rounding, observation, modeling, and real-time coaching.
I strive to create an atmosphere of psychological safety, clear expectations, supportive challenge, and meaningful professional growth. My goal is to help you become a confident, competent, and ethically grounded clinician.
The Clinical Craftsmanship experience transforms emerging and licensed clinicians into skilled, ethical, and confident providers. This approach goes beyond theory by incorporating hands-on supervision, applied learning, real-world exposure, and trauma-informed, culturally responsive mentorship that honors the whole clinician.
